Installing the Ninja Notes Companion App on Windows
Step 1: Access the Companion App Installation 0:01

Log into your Ninja Notes account.

Navigate to the dashboard.

Locate the option to install the companion app in the lower right corner.
Step 2: Download the Companion App 0:10

Click on the companion app install option.

Wait for the download to finish.
Step 3: Open the Installation Wizard 0:29

Open the downloaded file to launch the installation wizard.
Step 4: Accept the License Agreement 0:42

Click 'Next' to proceed.

Read and accept the end user license agreement.
Step 5: Choose Installation Location 0:51

Select where to install the companion app.

Default is the C drive, but you can change it if desired.
Step 6: Start Installation 1:01

Click 'Next' to go to the installation page.

Click 'Install' to begin the installation process.
Step 7: Confirm Firewall Prompt 1:12

If prompted by the system firewall, confirm that you want to install the companion app.
Step 8: Complete Installation 1:31

Wait for the installation wizard to finish.

Click 'Finish' to launch the companion app.
Step 9: Access the Companion App 2:01

Check the system tray for the companion app icon.

If necessary, click 'Show hidden icons' to find it.
Step 10: Log into the Companion App 2:10

Right-click on the companion app icon.

Select the login option.

Grant the necessary permissions to log in.

Confirm successful login.

Begin using the companion app to record meetings with Ninja Notes.
