Notes questions

8 most-asked questions about Notes.

How accurate is the transcription?
Our system uses state-of-the-art models to deliver highly accurate transcription results.
Why do I need to submit a voice sample?
Voice samples (optional) help the system personalize the transcription model to your voice, improving accuracy. During onboarding, follow the on-screen instructions to record a short sample in a quiet environment.
How do I connect my Google Calendar?
You can connect it via settings > integrations > Google Calendar. It's a one-time authorization.
How does real-time transcription work?
While recording, speech is converted into text instantly using advanced speech recognition. This transcript is saved automatically and used to generate AI summaries.
Can I edit and share summaries?
Yes, summaries can be edited and shared with team members or exported to PDF and DOCX.
What can I do with the AI assistant?
You can ask it to summarize, highlight key points, draft emails, and create meeting minutes.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
All data is stored on encrypted cloud servers. Transcripts and audio files are protected with industry-standard security protocols.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged at the end of your trial or when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Why can't Notes Mobile record my phone calls or web meetings?
Notes Mobile records through your phone's microphone (or any mic connected to it — Sona, headphones, wireless mic, etc.). Phone calls and web meetings like Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet need that same microphone, and only one app can use the mic at a time. Your phone hands priority to the call or meeting, which leaves Notes Mobile unable to capture audio during the call. Read the full article →

Sona questions

5 most-asked questions about Sona.

What is Sona?
Sona is an AI-powered wearable device by Ninja Concepts that captures in-person conversations and automatically syncs them with your Ninja Notes account — giving you accurate transcripts and AI summaries without touching your phone.
How does Sona work with Ninja Notes?
Sona pairs with your Ninja Notes account over Bluetooth. Once a conversation ends, the audio is processed and the transcript and AI-generated summary appear directly in your Ninja Notes dashboard.
Does Sona require a separate subscription?
Sona works with an active Ninja Notes plan. There is no separate hardware subscription — the device cost covers the unit, and your Ninja Notes plan covers the AI processing.
Do all participants need to consent to being recorded?
Yes. Recording laws vary by location. You are responsible for obtaining consent from all participants before using Sona to capture a conversation. We recommend informing everyone present that a recording device is in use.
How do I pre-order Sona?
You can reserve your Sona device by submitting your details on this page. We'll notify you as soon as units are ready to ship and walk you through next steps.

Omni questions

7 most-asked questions about Omni.

What is Omni?
Omni is an AI-powered teammate that connects your team to your knowledge base in real time — surfacing accurate, personalized answers through natural conversation. Whether you're on a sales call, at a service site, or in a boardroom, Omni meets you where you work.
Where do Omni's answers come from?
Omni securely integrates with your existing tools: CRMs, product docs, support logs, sales decks — wherever your knowledge lives. It only pulls from the sources you connect, so answers stay grounded in your trusted information.
Does Omni work with voice and text?
Yes. Omni adapts to how your team communicates — speak to it or type. Either way, you get conversational, real-time responses that work whether you're on a live call or in the field.
How is Omni different from a search tool or chatbot?
Unlike keyword search or scripted chatbots, Omni understands context. It uses memory, nuance, and intent to interpret messy or mid-conversation questions — and continuously improves as your data and team evolve.
How is my data kept secure?
Omni is built with enterprise-grade privacy in mind. It respects your data permissions, integrates with your existing security model, and only surfaces information that the user is authorized to access.
Who is Omni built for?
Teams that need instant access to knowledge in high-stakes moments — sales, service, support, executive briefings. If your team is hunting through docs to find answers mid-conversation, Omni is built for you.
How do I get started with Omni?
Omni is currently in enterprise rollout. Reach out to our sales team to discuss your use case and get a demo of how Omni fits your team's workflow.
